Meghan Chambler is a minor character that appeared in Rise of the Walking Dead: Season One. She bonds with The Governor and Duncan (Determinant) during "Too Far Gone".

Meghan is first seen hiding behind The Governor and Lilly Chambler when Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Brooke Williams and T-Dog (Determinant) come to Woodbury to discuss the situation about Maggie Greene, Hunter Jefferson, Bianca Jones, Hershel Greene and Michonne.
Later, when Tara Chambler speaks to Bianca about Meghan, she will reveal that Meghan made a powerful bond with Governor and Duncan (Determinant) . If Duncan is alive, Bianca will be shocked to hear that Duncan joined up with Woodbury to destroy her group.
Before the war for the prison begins, Lilly carries a dead Meghan to the Governor, who asks her how did she get stabbed. A crying Lilly confirms it was her own son, Ryan who killed his sister. Lilly shot Meghan to prevent reanimation and ignored Ryan's pleas for mercy when the Governor killed him in cold blood.
